Babies discover the world in a unique way. At APFC Richmond, our infant play areas are designed to give our smaller students the safe, nurturing environment they need to stretch their body and brain for future learning. Continually supervised by a team of professionals, our rooms are meticulously clean and soft enough for the most precious little hands and feet.

Our toddler program builds on our infant program to provide a safe, fun environment for children ages 1-2 years old. Our activities and educational materials are designed so that every child can explore and expand their physical, social, cognitive, and language abilities based on their individual stages of development. We help every child build strong self-esteem, problem-solving skills, and friendship in our anti-bullying curriculum.

We believe that it is essential to nurture the potential of each child and help them to develop as an individual by establishing a fun daily routine. During the course of our preschool program, we will build upon the children’s successes and the skills that they have mastered. One of the areas we focus on is improving the children’s social skills and interactions. We can then use these to establish a strong foundation that will help them to meet future personal and academic challenges.
